Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are made to order, our returns and refunds policy is slightly different from high-street retailers. This policy is written in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.

Change of Mind

As items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or error

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Timeframes

We ask that any issues are reported within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly with our fulfilment partner.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once the issue has been confirmed

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered.
Returns are not accepted for non-faulty items.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
