All products are made to order and fulfilled using a print-on-demand service. This allows us to reduce waste and produce items specifically for each customer.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually delivered within 5–6 working days.
This timeframe includes both production and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer standard UK shipping at a flat rate of £3.99 per order.
There are no alternative shipping options available at this time.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, where available.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the courier.

Delays & Lost Parcels

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier or fulfilment partner. Any resolution — including replacement or refund — will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the outcome of the courier’s investigation and in line with your statutory rights.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
